Can I return or exchange my order?


depends on the issue being faced. If the hair is in exact way it was delivered then yes it can be exchanged but for return a certain percentage would be deducted, given there is no fault in the product from our end

Shipping Policy


To ship our packages we use Ship Rocket. All orders take 1-2 weeks to process and if it’s any of the clip-in sets/ volumizers or international orders, it may take 3-4 weeks to process. We require 3-5 business days for delivery (except African countries which take 7-15 business days) after it ships depending on its destination. Shipping confirmation and tracking are available via email as soon as your order ships.


If any domestic shipments are returned back to us for reasons like customer unavailable, wrong/ incomplete shipping details or customer rejected the parcel, there will be a deduction of ₹199 and a store credited is issued for the remaining balance.


International Shipping is not responsible for any fees (customs fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery.


All our international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) from our warehouse in Delhi, India. This means that these fees are not included in the price of your purchase on our website. Therefore, you may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local carrier or government in order to receive your order. The charges need to be paid in order to collect the package.


We are NOT liable for any shipments rejected by the customer and will not be accepting any returns for them. 




It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the address entered is a correct one and has all the information required to deliver it at the right address. Since process the order as quick as possible, it becomes very difficult to cancel or change the order within the short time period. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.




All orders we send out, come with a tracking number. If the tracking says that the order has been delivered and you haven’t received it, please contact the local your courier services who can help investigate the issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
